EHS36 Rebooting and turning on headset - admiralpest - 04-08-2014 07:45 AM

After I updated my EHS and hooked it to my T48G my headset and phone are in some kind of out of control turning the headset on and then hitting a line on the phone. It looks crazy, they go back and forth and it will kick me off a call! any suggestions?

Do you check the connection lines between EHS36, headset and phones?
Is your EHS version the latest one(3.16.0.0)?

Yes I have done the checking and updating firmware! Headset works fine for a short time then starts taking the phone on and off hook.

Which headset do you use now? Do you follow the connection between T48G+ EHS36+Wireless headset?

Same headset, the Jabra Pro 9470. It works for about one hour then I have to unplug the EHS36 to make it stop activating the phone on and off hook!

In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap. How to Get the Correct Syslog, Config.bin and Trace

Please send those files to your distributor for help. That will make your issue be solved more quickly.
