Any at Yealink -- when is V81 going to be released?
I have an influx of Voyager CS' and they keep deassociating. We have clients that have acquired these and I keep being asked to send a PCAP when a PCAP has NOTHING todo with the internal programming of the OS and drivers.
Directly from Yealink support:

Please Yealink help me get this resolved we have customers waiting and customers wanting the product WE WANT TO USE that you say WORKS! SUPPORT IT!!!
Explain to me why a PCAP is needed which its a packet capture? You ask for configs ... y'know these configs are irrelevant too because it probably guarantees that we have one installed.
The support at Yealink needs to mature a bit. We have over 300 phones out there and counting ranging from T42, 48's to 46's!

may i know that what is the exact issue you are facing now ? is there any ticket ID ?
for the debug, the reason we need the trace is below :
we need pcap file to check the communication of phone and server side
we need syslog file to know what happened to phone side
we need config file to check if any configuration is missed
for the V81 firmware , the time plan is July 2016, this information is correct !
