RE: [split] T38G slow and unresponsive - anonymous1712222627012 - 06-18-2014 08:54 PM Dear GreenLine, apologize for long time delay replay. I have not a specific issue opened now. Randomly customers call me to complain the problem. My wish has to use the FW 38.70.1.11.rom as my "mass production". Anyway I consider your feedback as "solved" issue with FW 38.70.1.11.rom. Thank you Bye Walter RE: [split] T38G slow and unresponsive - anonymous1712222627012 - 08-04-2014 10:44 PM Dear Support, I'm testing the FW 38.70.1.11.rom for check to solve the T38G slow issue, but I discovered the LDAP search doesn't works. Is there a FW solves T38G slow issue but with LDAP right working. They then need restarted. When this happens, button presses (even dialing) take 1 second + to register with the phone. It also takes 4 - 5 extra seconds for calls to go through on dialing out, or when picking up. All issues go away after a restart. This is a new issue with the couple last firmware releases. Are we going to get a fix for this soon? I'm sick of getting phone calls 5 times a week to restart phones in one call center. I am having the exact same issue! Firmware Version 38.70.1.33. Any idea what firmware I can downgrade to to fix the issue? |
