We want to edit the configuration to customize the buttons available when you go offhook.
The options available from default are:
Pool 123 BLANK Cancel
But we cannot see anywhere in the config template to change the blank button, ideally we would like it as a Group Pickup button on the 3CX.

1. Please tell me the firmware of T22P.
2. Can you refer to admin guide and search "softkey layout"?
