SIP T46G BLF and Remote phonebook - Yealink_IT - 04-01-2014 08:35 PM
Hello to all of you.
I have to small problems, first is, when using BLF at CEO assistant to take over call from CEO she can not see the name of the person who is calling him, she sees only his number on the display.
Second problem, I have imported Remote phone book in all phones in company. Now when somebody calls entry from phone book on display he can see his name of course, but when somebody knows extension and types it directly without using phone book on display is only that number. How can I link phone book on the way that when somebody dials XXX display show his name from book?
On VP530 and W525 this option is automatically activated, but I can't find it on SIP-T19P, SIP-T42G and SIP-T46G.

Please enter the webpage->Directory->Setting->Search Source List In Dialing , then choose remote phonebook to "Enabled" board.
Also you can enabled "Recent Call In Dialing".

Thanks for answer, I have already solved that problem. I didn't recognized that option at first because option name is shorten to Sremote Name.
The second problem is still unsolved.
