Hello,


I have a problem with the LDAP on Yealink SIP-T32G. I will use My IP PBX (Grandstream UCM6102) as LDAP server but on the phone is de LDAP Phonebook empty.
Read the LDAP with the client for Windowws is not a problem (and i use the same configuration ...)

Any suggestions or solutions?

Root DN: cn=admin,dc=pbx,dc=com
Root Password: secret
Confirm Root Password: secret

LDAP Client Configurations
1. Client Configuration Examples
Assuming the server base dn is 'dc=example', then you can configure your LDAP clients as follows (these configurations are case insensitive.):
Base DN:
dc=example (the same as the server base dn or a subset of the server base dn)
Login DN:
Please leave this field blank!
Password:
Please leave this field blank!
Anonymous:
Please enable this option!
Filter:

This is the version of my T32G:

Firmware Version 32.70.0.130
Hardware Version 22.2.2.32.0.0.0

I hope you can give my a solution!

Hi Daniel ,

Can Yealink T32G work well with your PBX with voice service?
I hope you can follow user guide of Yealink LDAP and test again.
Please check the syntax of LDAP in Yealink phones. Yealink phones don't support "usernme@domain" in LDAP.

Try using domain\username
ie: mydomain\johnsmith
