Hello
we are receiving T26P phones with 6.71.0.141 FW
The BLF fonction on DSS Key no more works with our EPYGI ipbx
No pickup occurs when pressing the red blinking Key
Instead a number is dialed by the phone, which number is a concatenation of Extension and Value fields of DSS KEY.
when leaving extension field blank, the dialed number is the one defined in value field only.
Note :
extension watching works ( blinking on incoming call or red when busy )
when upgrading to latest FW 6.72.0.30, we have the same issue, but
when downgrading FW to 6.61.0.83, the pickup feature is recovered.
Is there something else to configure on these FW ?

In V71 or V72, do you disable "Dialog Info Call Pickup" or enable it? How about this value in V61?
Enter the webpage of phone->Account->Advanced, disable or enable "Dialog Info Call Pickup" and check again.
