IP Phones cannot dial out - shadysharrison - 04-27-2016 11:28 PM

Hi all,

I have 5 IP phones (SIP-T65P), with connecting to H3C 2600-10 Router, H3C S5120-28P switch. The problem is all the phone can receive calls, but are not able to dial out, the "FORBIDDEN" is shown as dialing out. Do anyone know how to resolve it? Many thanks.

Do you configure any block dial plan? Please check.

And can you check the account, will the server disable the out going call function.
Can you register the same account to other phones then test again.
