Hello,
We have been using T48Gs with much success for the past 2 years. Our Voip provider is Sonetel. Internet is slower ATT Uverse 3MB/s routed via Motorola NVG510. Our current setup is 4 phones . 2 of each pair clone each other with 16 lines, totaling 32 lines cloned amongst 2 pairs of phones.

Lately I have noticed many problems. For example. 1 incoming call, which is not cloning on the second phone. Sometimes call go straight to voicemail. Sometimes phone rings but show incorrect incoming line. So all sorts of bugs. Can you please help? Thank you!

Can you tell me the firmware of the phones?
And do you use the SCA fucntion?
If possible, please reset the phone then configure again.

Thank you for response:
1. Firmware is 35.73.0.50
2. I do not use SCA
3. I have reset the phone few times already.

Please upgrade to our latest firmware then test again.
