W52P cordless phone with RT10 repeater - Gary Van De Steeg - 04-27-2016 02:49 AM
Customer wanted to extend the coverage of his Yealink W52P cordless phone. We added the RT10 repeater. Worked for a month and now customer states that it stopped working, meaning his two cordless phones reboot often and are in a searching state. Customer unplugs the repeater and the phones work again perfectly. Any ideas?

Can you tell me the firmware of the phones?
Do you upgrade the base and handset to the latest firmware?

W52H firmware was 26.73.0.11. Updated just now to 26.73.193.3
