T42G - Programming MWI to Different Extension/Voicemail - Daveid - 04-26-2016 09:56 PM

Not sure if this is the right section, so feel free to direct me elsewhere!

I have a 3CX Phone System with several Yealink T42G phones. Some phones have voicemail enabled for their extension, but most phones don't. These phones are used by staff that roam between stations throughout the building. I have a general voicemail extension that general inquiries go to that staff can check, but I would really like to use the message waiting indicator on the phones to check this voicemail box for new messages if possible!

For example:
Extensions 100-110 are phones that belong to a particular staff member.
Extensions 110-120 are phones that are floating around the building.
Extension 900 is the general voicemail box.

Desired effect is to have phones on extensions 110-120 subscribed to Extension 900's voicemail. Even if MWI is impossible, I would like the voicemail key to at least dial into 900's voicemail box.

Thank you!

The voice mail function is the function in server side, so you need to contact with the 3CX for help.
