Can you change other PC then test agian?
There are many clients can use the BTOE normally.
I guess it's a compatible problem with PC system.

I have tried multiple phones and computers
both on Firmware 35.8.0.17 and 35.8.0.21 and using BtoE 3.0.0.9

Where do you get your firmware upgrade? I would download it and test it.
