Intercom Barge - davemcbr - 04-16-2016 02:29 AM

Hi Support!

When a T46G user is on the line, and someone pages or intercoms them, it puts the first call on hold automatically, and then after the page they can resume the first call (barge in).

This happens even though call barge is disabled on the phone.

using :

Firmware: T46-28.80.0.95

Call-info:answer-after=0

Intercom barge : Disable

Using Mangovoice

Works great with all other manufacturers

i also have Alert-Info: <alert-internal> for internal ringing set. I dont know if that makes any difference

I test here, my phones work normally.
Can you try to reset the phone then test again.
You can press the OK button about 10 sec to reset the phone.

Karl,

Thank you for your response. However that did not work. I have a couple thousand phones acting this way from t41,42,46,and 48. The yealink phone still allows barging on active call. I have treid with many different yealink phones. If I sent you some registration information, would you mind registrating a phone to dev pbx. so you can see the issue? Also I noticed I also have intercom=true as part of the invite.

When testing. Barge disable work fine on 36.73.0.50 and breaks on 36.80.0.60 and above, does not honor barge disable. Meaning when on an active call, it will put that call on hold when a intercom call comes in.
