Hi,

After upgrading to the 28.80.0.60 or 28.80.0.95 the external number/name from an attended call transfer is not visible anymore. A downgrade to 28.73.0.45 is resolving the issue.

Need the 28.80.0.X version any special configuration for showing the external caller id or is that a current issue with that version? Is the 28.80.0.X the current stable or a beta release?

We upgraded some phones to that version because the 28.73.0.X is not storing the forwarded number in the call history and the new version should resolve that.

Hi,

Please go to web interface->account->advanced->call ID source, then test all option.
Normally the problem cause from this. Note that you need to choose correct account from the top of the interface.

I changed the Call ID Source to PAI-FROM and now all is working as expected!
