T38 stuck on Sending Provision - stratos - 04-05-2016 03:23 AM
I have some T38 phones that are currently running firmware 38.70.0.126. When they get unplugged for whatever reason, they get stuck on Sending Provision when powered back on. The only way I can seem to get this resolved is to factory default the phone, then upgrade to firmware 38.70.0.185. Once that is done, the phone can be reset numerous times and it comes right up. The phones were working just fine on the older firmware until about 3 weeks ago. Anyone else having this issue?

can you give me a picture about this issue when you unplugged the power supply,you can send to klaus@yealink.com.
