Hello hoping someone can help me please. We got numerous of these phones because Yealinks are a delight to work with but these new batch of Yealinks T20P's we got in has an issue. We start it up and soon enough it gets stuck on sending request. It just wont move from screen. I start it up without the network and try to reset the phone hoping that may work but it doesnt. We never had this problem before with Yealinks T20P's so any reason why this new patch is causing trouble?

Do you all new batch phones have the same issue? The T20ps are stucked on sending request.
Are they all RPS version?
Do you test them in the network environment?
Do you test them in recovery mode? Please ask your distributor for recovery mode files.
