Hey guys,
I've got this connected as per the diagram in the EHS36 documentation - is there anything else I need to do to get this working?
When I press the pick up button on the cs60 headset it just doesn't answer the phone.
The phone is running 2.71.0.165
The RJ12 cord from EHS36 to the phone is only 2 pin - could that be the problem? I'm not an expert on the different RJ cords

Please make sure the version of your EHS36 is 3.16.0.0.
