Hi there,

I'm running a SIP-T28P on the latest firmware (2.72.0.25) and I'm having trouble dialing from the directory.

I have imported a whole lot of contacts and when I go into the directory and hit 'ok' or 'Send' on a number, it won't connect the call, it just times out.

Any ideas? Could this be to do with the fact that the phone numbers have been imported with spaces in them?

Do you enable remote control ?
Enter the webpage->Features->Remote control, fill your IP address in "Action URI allow IP List".
