New phone. I setup and test for almost 3 days without a problem. Send it to the client and when he power up, the message indicator is green but no display on LCD.

I instructed him to press the OK button for 10-15 sec but nothing happen

Switch from POE to AC Adapter, same thing

call your distributor for warranty exchange.
