Hello,

We've a customer here, which uses 4x T38 (38.70.0.198), each with EHS36 (updated with T28 2.60.200.240) and different Jabra Headset (9330, 9470)

Since Monday Morning,
all four EHS36 stopped working.

We tried to restart the adapters, by unpluging all cables.
We also updated the T38 Phones to the firmware above.
We've restarted and reprovisioned every phone.

i would preclude a stroke of lighting, because everythink else works well and the adapters are the only devices, which hasn't their own power supply.

Are there any ideas, what else can we try to get these EHS36 back to life ?

Hi shreecy,

Please upgrade the EHS36 to the latest version.(upgraded with T28 2.60.200.242)
