Hi all

We have Yealink T48G phones in all our meeting rooms. When our Skype server gets restarted, the Yealink phone signs out but it doesn't automatically sign back in when the Skype server is back up. Is there a way to configure the phone to automatically sign in? At the moment, we have to pull out the network cable and put it back in to restart the phone (on a side note, the 'sign in' button doesn't work with the saved credentials so that's why we have to pull out the network cable to restart the phone)

Hi,

do you mean when the server back up,but the account can not sign in automatically? at this time,you press the "sign in" option on the LCD,

but nothing works,and you need to restar the phone then sign in again,right?

If not,please tell me the detail info.

if yes,it's better to give me a video about this issue,and send the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to klaus@yealink.com.
