issues trying to add a directory entry - isdoo - 02-25-2016 07:36 PM Tried entering an internal number onto my T48G so that I can dial the other phone. However can't see how one can enter a . for an internal IP address. I assume that I would need to in order to dial the other phone which is at 192.168.10.200 I then tried entering it via the web interface however when I try and create a directory entry I am told that the name field can't be left blank! it is not blank. What am I doing wrong? I just need the ability to call the other phone(s) and to transfer calls to another IP phone in the office. Any thoughts? Thanks! RE: issues trying to add a directory entry - James_Yealink - 02-26-2016 12:54 AM Hello, Phone can support adding an ip address to directory. May I know what's your firmware and what do you fill in name filed? Regards, James |
