I have got a T27P and I have got everyone in the office saved on my phone with their extension each beside one of the BLF lights.
When they are receiving a call and are unavailable I can see their phone flashing red so I click the extension for them on my phone to answer the call for them. Instead of the call being there it is someone saying "caller unavailable" does anyone know how to make this work so I can just click the extension and take their call?

for this problem,because you didn't configure the feature code,such as 3cx,it's "*20*",please see below picture:
