After we send two requests to "Support@yealink.com" without a response we would like to ask here in this forum.
We would like to know how we can show more details about the incoming call on the Yealink T48G display. Now we see only the name and phone number of the caller. But we would like to have more information like a second phone number, notes or our customer number. We are very interested to know how to realize it?

About your question, do you mean that the phone will show more info about the caller?
The serond number or other info about the caller?
If yes, I need to tell you it can't be supported right now.
