Hello,
I see that this phone supports opus , great news.
Do you have plans to add vp8 for video?
This would make the phone usable twords webrtc clients.

We don't have a plan to add VP8 right now.

3CX Phone System corporate has said that the T49g is not supported because it has no support for VP8.

As 3CX is a partner of Yealink, does this have any effect on future support of the VP8 codec in Yealink products?
I would really like to be able to use the T49g in deployments but the pbx needs to support it

Hello,
I would also like to know if VP8 or VP9 will be supported to be officially supported by 3CX.
It is possible to get it to work and create an in-official provisioning tempalte but official support would be way better.
