The Message button only works when the phone is not "drawing dialtone". I can press the message button while the phone is idle and it will go into speakerphone mode, but our users want to pick up the handset and then press it. I know they can press the button and then pick up the handset so don't shoot the messenger.

My T38's are the same way - but not the T46's. Maybe we need to request this.

Agreed this is happening on the T38 as well. These T38s make great SMB phones I am hoping that alot of the complaints I have read are not going to be ignored by Yealink. We just put 35 of these suckers in and we love em. Just a few little headaches. Like this one.
