T46G Stuck on the Initializing Screen - MarcM001 - 02-04-2016 12:11 PM
This phone is one week old. It worked for a short time, but now on power up it shows the Initializing screen for a few seconds and then the screen flashes and returns to Initializing.
It seems like a lot of other people on the forums have this problem. I successfully upgraded the firmware to v80, which was the latest at the time of upgrade. The phone worked after the upgrade but now it no longer works. I tried two different power supplies.

Please try to upgrade then test again, if it can't work, please tell me the firmware of the phone.
