T46G Error Adding to Local Blacklist - Renusa-Bryan - 02-04-2016 09:39 AM

I am trying to add to the Blacklist from the Call History and get the error “Group Not Existed”

T46G – 28.71.193.8

1. Press “History” soft key
2. Scroll to number I want to Blacklist
3. Press “Option” soft key
4. Scroll Down to “Add to Blacklist”
5. Press “OK”
6. View “Add to Blacklist” screen
7. Press keys to add a Name
8. Press “Save”
9. Receive “Group Not Existed” error

I get the same error if I try to “Add to Contacts” from the History.

Suggestions?

Sorry for late respond as we are back to office from Chinese New Year holiday.

Suggest that upgrade to the latest firmware then test again.

If it still can't work, please reset the phone then test again.
