Hi

We have a fritzbox at our Firm and i am suppossed to buy more T46G telephones to connect them with it.. but i bought one first of all to try it if it works and it seems to be ok...with only one hickup so far..

I created the extensions that we have internally in the Contacts directory for the T46G Phone...But when i want to transfer calls to other extensions from the directory it calls the cell phone back....
but when i dial manually for the transfer then it works...

Can someone please help me because we are presently in the evaluation Phase..

Hi,

Thanks for choosing Yealink.

For this problem,I have done a local test with the last firmware(28.80.0.70),and it works well,the scenario as below:

1.Add a local contact in the local directory of T46.

2.A call T46 and set up the call,then T46 transfer the call to B,steps as below :

the call set up(A and T46)>>press transfer soft key in T46>>directory>>local directory>>all contacts

is this scenario the same with you?

if not,please tell me the detail infomation.

If yes,I suggest you upgrade to the last firmware and reset the phone,then test again.

after that,if this issue still exist,Please send the level 6 system log, config.bin file and PCAP traces to klaus@yealink.com.
