Hi there,
When the yealink T2x rings I see the caller id name and caller id number. When I pick up the phone the caller id number disapears and a timer starts. Is there any way I can keep the caller id number during a call?

Sorry. It is our primary design. If you store coming calls' names, it will display the names in the LCD, vice versa.

It wasn’t like that before I updated the phone to the latest firmware.
Now I see this big “Timer” and Caller ID Name while on the phone.
I don’t think this is limitation of the display.

I experienced the same issue, the caller ID displayed the phone number fine before the firmware upgrade. Please help!

Also, there are problems.
We are talking about the firmware V71. In the v70 firmware no such problems.

NO. All our neutual versions don't support this feature. We just support this feautre in some custom versions.
