T46 Attended transfer recalls - Phillipk - 01-21-2016 05:06 AM Hi We have two T46G and are unable to complete an attended transfer. The process we are using is as follows: - Answer incoming call on extension 1 - press transfer key - press DSS key for extension 2 - extension 2 answers to speak to extension 1 - announce to extension 2 who is on the call - extension 1 replaces the handset After the handset has been replaced on extension 1 the call immediately recalls on extension 1, whilst on extension 2 the line is silent and the call timer continues as if its still on a call. A blind transfer works fine Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks RE: Attended transfer recalls - Karl_Yealink - 01-21-2016 06:15 AM Please help us to get the pcap and syslog and config.bin files. We can check something from them. I am having the exact same issue with other model phones. Did you ever find a solution to this? RE: T46 Attended transfer recalls - Phillipk - 01-03-2017 03:16 AM Hi Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, this was resolved. The problem was our router configuration, to rectify the issue I disabled SIP ALG. RE: T46 Attended transfer recalls - necits2015 - 03-06-2017 03:35 PM This looks to be a Yealink bug.
