Hi,
We have a several Csr's complaining about "Unsupervised Conference"
Explanation:
I want to be able to conference in 2 parties and then hang up, while those 2 parties stay on the line.
What’s happening now is that when I put down, both calls get disconnected.
This is very bad, all other phone systems don't have this issue.
I would appreciate if someone could be at help.

What is the firmware of your T4X?
Did you do some special operations before this issue happened?
