T48G Rebooting on Page - bweaver1985 - 01-17-2016 03:38 PM

I just got a bunch of T48G phones. One of them always reboots when a page or intercom call is received on that one device. All other devices are working correctly.

Anybody else ever seen this or have this issue?

1. Please tell me the firmware of the phone?
2. Please change other power adapter then test again.
3. Please try to reset the phone then test again. You can press the OK button about 10 sec to reset the phone.
But you need to register and configure again.

It's beginning to look like a hardware issue. Every time I upgrade the firmware and then do a page it reboot and the firmware goes back to old version.

FW is 35.73.0.50

1. Here is the latest firmware, please upgrade to this version and test again.

2. Plesae check whether do you fill any URL in the server URL(web interface->settings->auto provision). Please delete the URL then upgrade again.
3. When the phone reboot to upgrade, please disconnect the network until the upgrade succeed.
