Yealink T49G Bluetooth - Fuur - 01-08-2016 09:43 PM

Hi Yealink.

We've been testing the new T49G.

First of all we must say that we feel its a mistake to remove the EHS port.
That means that our customers maybe need to buy new headsets.

I've been testing the bluetooth on a Savi 700 series, and when you try to transfer a call you disconnect the connection to the savi 700 series.

When you push the transfer button the Savi sees it as the call is finished. So i'm not able to talk to the one i've transferred to without starting the bluetooth channel again on the savi.

It must be the Yealink that sends the signal to the Savi that the call has finished?

Hi,

If you press the transfer button, the phone will try to blind transfer.
You can try to transfer the call by pressing the OK button, it will try to attended transfer.

I'm not having problem with attended or blind transfer.

They work just fine.

However the bluetooth connection is disconnectet when i try to make a attended transfer.
I'll have to reconnect bluetooth before i can talk to in the attended transfer call.

Edit:
Btw, there is no OK button on the T49G Smile

1. Will the disconnection issue occur when blind transfer?
2. Will the issue happen everytime?
3. Would you please help us to get the PCAP and syslog and config files. We can check something from them.
