Hello Folks!

We've issue with the Model Sip Phone T23G and Interactive Intelligence.

If we tried to pick up the call from the program of Intercative Intelligence the call keep ringing and we couldn't pick up the call. Something happend with the communication.

Nevertheless, when pick up the call from the phone (take the Handset) the communication bewteen the software ININ and the phone is normal.

I tried to upgrade the firmware to the lastest version, but the problem remains.

Please your help.

Hi,

I think the problem cause in the Interactive Intelligence Software.
Yealink phone support remote control, it named Action URI.
Maybe the software don't contain these, so it can control the phones.
