Mass deletion - Dan Steely - 12-08-2015 12:32 AM

I have photos for all the local directory employees but that changes monthly. Once downloaded, the photos seem to be permanent unless I manually delete.
Is there a way to autoprovision the .tar files so they can be updated and overwritten? My original .tar doesn't seem to get overwritten so I'm stuck with outdated pictures.

Hi,

Would you please tell me what firmware of your phone?
And what do you update the photos?

Our company has taken new photos and I'm trying to overwrite the old ones.

Hi,

You can get more info from the guide(page 212) below.
You can configure the photos via autoprovisoning.

I have done this. It worked with the original tar file. However, what I am asking is how to overwrite it. The new tar with the new photos will not load if the old one is still there. Can it be erased?

Hi,

Pleaes upgrade to the latest firmware and test again.
You can download it from the link: http://support.yealink.com/attachmentDownload/download?path=upload%2Fattachment%2F2015-8-7%2F6%2F6fd4cb37-b21d-41e7-a882-acadfdb0729a%2FT48-35.80.0.70.zip

If it can't work, please help us to get the syslog and pcap and config.bin files. We can check something from them.
You can get more info from the link: http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1319

It's better you can send the test tar file for us to do a test.

Had to change the file extension before it would attach.
