Hi Guys

Please can you assist us with a strange problem we're experiencing with some T46g phones. They are using 2 EXP40 expansion modules and transfer calls using the modules. Calls getting transferred get put on hold rather than transferred to their destinations.

The phones are used to monitor about 80 extensions.

Firmware was recently updated to the latest version (28.80.0.70).

Can we monitor system load or memory on these phones?

Do you know of any other issues that may contribute to the above problems?

Is there a way for us to monitor system load or memory on these phones?

for this issue, please make sure the below setting is correct :

web page path : Features -> Transfer -> Transfer Mode via Dsskey

it should not be "New Call"

Transfer mode via Dsskey is already set to "Blind transfer".

Hi Michael

The T46g continues to experience this problem. We have disabled all monitoring on the expansion modules -- this seems to stop the phones from overloading.

From looking on the Yealink forums we found this post that has similar symptoms.

It looks like a firmware upgrade to 28.80.0.78 may fix this problem. Please can you post a link to the firmware as the link in the post no longer works.
