Lost t46g admin password - kxjake - 11-28-2015 07:12 AM

Hello,

I lost the admin password to my T46G and have tried holding the OK button to trigger a factory reset, but it won't proceed without an admin password.

The phone is running 28.73.193.45 firmware.

Any advice?

Hi kxjake,

Thanks for your information.

From your description,do you mean after you reset the phone,you can not access the web UI with double "admin",

if yes,please contact the server provider or phone provider for help,because if you have a DHCP or PNP

enviroment,once you reset the phone,phone will send request to the server,and download the cfg files again.

so if there is sentence about password and username in the cfg file,please delete it,then test again!
