VC 400 Compatibility - electrocom - 11-26-2015 08:13 PM

Hi we are offering vc400 and two VP-T49G system to one customer.
Our client needs to connect to other enterprises with third-party system, we would need to know a list of compatible systems from other manufacturers.
Have any recommendation.

Hello,

The third party system means IP-PBX or MCU?

The VC400 and T49 are sip compatible devices. So in general as long as the phone system supports SIP both these units should work.

Hi,

I would like to recommend checking out a CTI solution called Tenfold. They offer seamless integration for over 150 phone systems and CRMs. You can sign up for a free trial and request for a free demo. Below is a list of integrations they currently have with Cisco.
