BLF setting - stephenh - 11-26-2015 04:17 PM

I would like to clarify the BLF setting:
a) The DSSkey with type as BLF and value as #300000 (which is an announcement source)
b) Features /Transfer mode via DSSkey as "New Call"

Are the following understanding correct?
a) When the phone is in conversation with one party, when the DSSkey is pressed, the call will be transferred to #300000
b) When the phone is idle and the DSS key button is pressed, the call will be dialed to #300000

hi

it is something wrong , the correct is below :

a) When the phone is in conversation with one party, when the DSSkey is pressed, the call will hold the current call and go into new call interface
b) When the phone is idle and the DSS key button is pressed, the call will be dialed to #300000

TKS & BR

Michael

Dear Michael,

Thanks for your reply.

You mean I need to enter the number to be transferred to again.

If I use "Attended transfer" instead of "New Call", then the call will be transferred to #300000 when I press the DSSkey during conversation.
