I have several T48G phones and T22P phones using OpenVPN to connect back to a host Asterisk server. The ones I'm having issues with are all in the same location and all T26P phones. We've done everything to make sure that their internet is fast and clean but they are still experiencing times where the phone slows down to the extent that a single key press may take two seconds to be acknowledged on the phone. During these times, a phone call to two phones will result in one phone at a time ringing. When the call is answered, the phone not answered will continue to ring until it is rebooted. I have pulled logs and looked at the errors. There are a lot of 'BLF sub fail' messages even when the phones are not being slow. There are also a lot of "Dot't match notify event message-summary with subscribe" .

When they are slow, there are lines like:

Nov 23 16:44:42 SIP [484]: SDL <3+error > [000] cannot answer this closed transaction
Nov 23 16:44:42 SIP [484]: SDL <3+error > [000] ERROR: Could not create response for INVITE
Nov 23 16:44:42 SIP [484]: SUA <3+error > [000] cs200 cann't build 200OK!
Nov 23 16:44:42 SIP [484]: SUA <3+error > [000] 200 ok or request is invalid for request (INVITE)

As well as:

Nov 23 18:00:33 IPP[313]: IPP <4+warnin>633.794.411:unkown msg,000b0002,00000001,00000000

I've tried defaulting and resending the programming and replacing the phones.

Hello,

What's the firmware of T26 of T48G? So T48G in same location can work well?
May I know how many BLF kyes configured in phone?

Please try stting T1 to 2s under Account-> Advanced.

Firmware is latest 6.73.0.50 and there are 7 of the 10 side keys assigned as BLF.

What will be the expected benefit of adjusting the T1 timer?

Changing the timer T1 appears to have no effect on the call quality or number of error messages in the logs.
