I am trying to enable the call park softkey with no luck. I have tried on a t41P and t46G with no luck. Can someone please help me with what I am missing? When I am on a call the call park softkey should appear.
features.call_park.park_mode = 1
call_park.enable = 1
account.1.callpark_enable = 1
features.call_park.park_code = 700
account.1.callpark_enable = 1

Hello Garabed,
The call park softkey is designed for Broadsoft server.
You can try enabling the option and check again.
bw.enable = 1

When I use the park softkey it puts the call on hold and picks up a new line and parks that? I am assuming this should work the same way the DSS key parks a call when programmed? Is trhere a way for it to park the current call not a new call?
