T38 EXP39 Transferring Wrong Line - dbrandphoto - 01-04-2014 01:28 AM

I have a client using a T38G with an EXP39 attached with all of the other users programmed as DSS keys on it. They complained about having problems transferring calls when there was more than 1 call on their phone. I did some testing, found what they were describing but I can't find any switch in the phone configs to fix it.

Description of Issue: 2 calls are on the phone, line 1 and line 2. You're on the phone with line 2 and they need to transferred over to another user who has a DSS key on you exp console. You press transfer, then select for New Call, then you press that user's DSS Key. It rings, you announce the call and then when you press transfer again it transfers line 1 to them, NOT line 2.

I found a workaround for the client however its not how this function SHOULD work. Is this a problem with certain firmwares. I tested this on 38.70.0.116 and 38.70.0.143 with no luck. They need the ability to multicast page and I need the firmware to be RPS compatible as well as I'd like to use this for future deployments if it fixes this issue. I've tried playing with the "Transfer Mode via DSSkey" and that hasn't worked either.

Does anyone know of a switch that would fix this or a firmware update that would address this issue?

I see they just uploaded ftp://ftp.yealink.com/00.Firmwares/T3X/3CX/38.70.1.11.rom, testing it now.

I checked and it does have multicast paging, we have been using the 38.70.1.6 for awhile now, it transfers calls alot quicker than previous versions.
