We just recieved our phone and can not figure out how to set up call park. We would like to answer a call from any phone and simply put the call on park and pick up the call on any available phone with out having to transfer etc? Is this possible, if so how do we set it up?

Please check with you phone PBX administrator. Generally you need a feature code to park call.
The code depends on PBX server.

our PBX admin has this feature, unfortunately these phones are new to them and they do not know the phone programming itself thats why we need to understand how to activate or set up the call park feature.

May I know what's your PBX server?
Please login into phone web interface, go to DSSkey interfac, set a key type to "Call Park'', fill call park feature code into the value filed. Then during a call, press the DSSkey to check whether it works.
