In case of an incoming call, I'd like to see the caller's first name and last name and their company's name on the phone. When there are too many characters, the text will scroll from left to right, and I'd like to eliminate this if possible, so I'm looking for the phone that can display the most amount of text on its screen without scrolling. Or is there any way to display this massive amount of text in multiple lines instead of one.

may i know that which model and firmware you are using ? please upgrade to the last firmware and then reset to test again
