Global Call Pickup 3CX - blang008 - 11-07-2015 05:01 AM

Is it possible to do a global call pickup with the t46g and 3cx? For instance, instead of picking up a parked call on a specific extension can I see a list of calls parked on the phone screen and select the call i wish to pickup?

I don't know about 3cx but if you program the softkeys on the phone to have the parking spot information, you can access the ones that have parked calls that way.

If you mean you would like some way to bring up a list of parked calls (non softkey) then that might require some type of app.

We use Coredial.com with the Asterisk PBX.

blang008, I do not think there is any option in 3cx to "show" a list of parked calls.

Thanks Craig. I saw a video of someone doing it with the T46G but do not think they had 3cx as the pbx. Was just curious if I was missing something. Thanks for your input.

You wanna use 3CX's SHARED PARKING. Assign a couple of SP keys to each phone, and voila !
