T48G - Call Transfer Problem - Futureweb - 11-04-2015 05:49 PM Hello, configuring our 3CX + Yealink PBX right now - trying to realize Transfer Behaviour like it was on our old analog PBX - but just can't figure it out how to do it right ... hope you can help me on this! Wanted Behaviour: - active Phone Call on Phone 1 - I press the BLF Button for Phone 2 - Call should go on HOLD and I can speak with Phone 2 (Attended Transfer) - Now when I hang up - the call should get transfered to Phone 2 If Phone 1 hangs up before Phone 2 picks up the call - a Blind Transfer should be made. Configuration right now: - Semi-Attended Transfer Disabled - Blind Transfer On Hook Enabled - Attended Transfer on Hook Disabled - Transfer on Conference Hang up Enabled - Transfer Mode Via Dsskey Attended Transfer Thank you, bye from Austria Andreas Schnederle-Wagner alright - I guess I got it working ... Configuration right now: - Semi-Attended Transfer Disabled - Blind Transfer On Hook Enabled - Attended Transfer on Hook Enabled - Transfer on Conference Hang up Disabled - Transfer Mode Via Dsskey Attended Transfer Only one thing is puzzling me ... when I transfer from Phone 1 to Phone 2 ... Phone 2 shows me a missed call when a Blind Transfer (on Hook) was made ... ? Possible to get rid of this too? Thx Andreas RE: T48G - Call Transfer Problem - James_Yealink - 11-04-2015 10:35 PM Hello Andreas, Do you mean that even when a call is answered the phone 2 will show you a missed call? If yes, phone may receive a cancel message from server. Can you start pcap feature under Setting-> Configuration, make a transfer then export it in phone 2. Regards, RE: T48G - Call Transfer Problem - Futureweb - 11-04-2015 11:33 PM Hi James, 1) Phone A receives Call & takes the Call 2) Phone A transfer to Phone B; (Attended Transfer via DSSkey) 3) Phone B is ringing - in the meantime Phone A is hung up 4) Phone B is picked up and is talking to the initial caller now ... What I see is the missed *attended transfer call* from Phone A - which is a bit missleading as Phone B User doesn't know if A really tried to reach him - or if it was an attended transfer which was hung up and ended as a blind transfer ... Hope I described it not tooo complexx ... ;-) Any chances to get rid of this missed call? Send you the Link to PCAP by Message. Andreas |
