But the voice-message info is 0/0 which mean that there is no any new and old voice mail. So phone doesn't display any voice mail icon. RE: voice mail message - James_Yealink - 11-27-2015 05:37 AM Sorry, there is no voice message packet in the pcap trace, plesae make sure that you get it by follow steps: enable "Suscribe for MWI" under Account-> Advanced, and set subscription period to 60s.
