T48 no audio - cursor - 10-23-2015 12:57 AM

I just returned from a trip and my T48 desk phone has no audio at all. Activating speaker phone or simply picking up the handset will not even give you a dial tone. I tried to reset the phone to factory defaults and upgraded it to the latest firmware but the problem remains. Volume is at the highest level. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Hi,

You can go to web interface->settings->tones, and fill 500 to the dial to test again.
You can get more detail info how to change the dial tone from the guide below.
