I have a client that has about 80 phones - ranging for t20s to t28s. A while back we upgraded the firmware in order to get them up to the appropriate level to use with 3cx. All went well at the time. This is the first time I have attempted to get back into the phones to upgrade again. all the phones were just left with default usernames and passwords. Now I cannot access any of them
. I really don't fancy having to manually reset and reconfigure all these phones. Can I get some assistance on this please.
